8th Annual Brunch With Santa Fundraiser: A Community Tradition of Giving

What began as a small idea has grown into one of TSOC’s most meaningful annual traditions.

TSOC founded the Brunch With Santa fundraising initiative in 2018 with a simple but important goal: to raise $2,000 to help tackle food insecurity in our community. From the very beginning, the focus was on bringing people together during the holiday season to support families in need.

Over the years, this event has continued to grow in both scale and impact. The ongoing success of Brunch With Santa is made possible through strong collaboration with first responders, local businesses, service organizations, musical artists, community stakeholders, and concerned citizens who share a commitment to giving back. Their collective support transforms this event into more than a fundraiser, it becomes a true community celebration.

In 2025, that spirit of generosity reached a new milestone. Together, the community raised more than $62,000 in support of Eden Food for Change, the local Mississauga food bank. These funds help ensure individuals and families have access to nutritious food during the holidays and throughout the year.
